    OMG, that is too funny – I’ve never submitted to food gawker, only tastespotting – only 2 of the 30 or so I’ve submitted have been accepted – same thing “too dark, not sharp!”

    Hah! What a great idea for a blog. I totally agree with you. Some of their comments/decisions on the photos seem so arbitrary. It’s interesting to see what comments they gave your photos!
