That’s pretty, and if this is an unflattering composition, than the 1001 photographs on Tastespotting that all use this composition (mine included) — the “hey let’s shoot it from the corner so only 1/3 of it peeks out from the margin” technique — need to be pulled. They need a better reason than than this “catch all.”
I love this photo. I also agree that this “1/3″ composition shouldn’t be allowed if they say it’s “unflattering”… I have to say though it’s almost the only composition I can get accepted O.o
