I came back to share my thoughts on watermarks as someone with a media background. It’s something that has bothered me for years.
I feel watermarks create a barrier, making food impersonal and unobtainable to most of us. It makes me feel the owner is prideful, snobby, not generous, and not someone I feel could “be my friend” so to speak. It’s an emotional issue. As soon as I see a watermark I put up a wall, and a certain distain for that work fills my mind.

I’m a big fan of removing watermarks from images too . . . anyone with me? Can we reverse the trend?
